1. Enrolment Cancellation & Refunds

1.1. General Policy: Once enrolment is confirmed and payment is made, cancellation by the student is generally not permitted, and refunds will not be issued. We invest significantly in resources, faculty, and infrastructure based on confirmed enrolments for each batch.

1.2. Exceptional Circumstances (Refund Consideration): Refunds after enrolment confirmation will be considered *only* in cases of severe, documented, and unforeseen circumstances that completely prevent the student from continuing the course, such as a major medical emergency or serious accident.

Students facing such circumstances must contact the institute administration immediately with verifiable documentation. Each case will be thoroughly reviewed on an individual basis. The decision on whether any refund is granted, and the amount of any such refund (which may be pro-rated based on course progress), rests entirely at the sole discretion of Diginet Academy management. Submission of a request does not guarantee a refund.

2. Course Cancellation by Diginet Academy

In the unlikely event that Diginet Academy needs to cancel a scheduled course batch due to insufficient enrolment or other unforeseen circumstances, registered students will be notified promptly. In such cases, students will be offered the option of:

• Enrolling in the next available batch of the same course.
• Receiving a full refund of all fees paid for the cancelled course.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds (as per section 1.2 or 2) will typically be processed within [Specify Number] business days using the original method of payment where possible, or via bank transfer/cheque.

Refund eligibility and amounts are determined solely by Diginet Academy based on this policy and the review of any exceptional circumstances presented.
