Shipping & Course Material Policy

This policy outlines how course materials are provided for students enrolled at Diginet Academy (diginetacademy.in).

1. Course Material Delivery

1.1. Digital Materials & LMS Access: Our courses include access to supplementary learning materials, resources, and potentially recorded sessions via our online Learning Management System (LMS). Access credentials and instructions are provided upon successful enrolment and payment confirmation. There are no shipping costs associated with accessing these digital materials.

1.2. Physical Materials: Any physical course materials (such as workbooks, notes, or supplies) included as part of your course fee will be distributed directly to you during offline class sessions at our institute in Kochi. We currently do not ship physical course materials related to course enrollment.

1.3. Merchandise (Future): Should Diginet Academy offer physical merchandise (e.g., branded items) for sale separately in the future, any applicable shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at the time of purchase.

2. Exchanges

Due to the nature of our educational services and fixed course structure, exchanges (e.g., switching courses after commencement or transferring enrollment) are generally not permitted. Please refer to our Cancellation and Refund Policy or contact our admissions team to discuss exceptional circumstances *before* your course commences.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Physical Materials

If you receive any physical course materials during class that are significantly damaged or incorrect, please notify your instructor or the administrative staff immediately, or within 2 days of receipt, for assessment.

We will arrange for a replacement if the item is deemed defective or incorrect due to our error.
